We run NECTA on software we built ourselves. The NECTA Dashboard keeps clients, tickets, invoices, meetings, files and passwords in one place. At the centre is Bee, our AI assistant: she sits in on meetings, understands Swiss German, and handles the next steps with the same tools we use.

Contracts and invoices were written by hand. Tickets lived in another tool, meeting notes in e-mails and documents. Finding out what was going on with a client meant searching in many places.

One login, eight areas, and Bee right in the middle. Everything is connected, from the client to the ticket to the invoice. Logged hours become invoice items. After every meeting Bee has written the summary and already prepared the next steps as tickets, appointments or quotes.

The start page shows monthly revenue, open invoices and the state of the tickets. In the client area every client has a page with test and live links, Git repository, subscriptions, open tickets and notes.
Dashboard on mobile
In the workboard we plan work in sprints, like in Jira, but right next to the client. Hours are logged on the ticket and become invoice items. One click turns them into an invoice with a Swiss QR code.
We plan meetings right in the dashboard, and Bee joins. Google Meet’s built-in transcription was not good enough for meetings in Swiss German, so Bee transcribes with a better speech model that understands dialect. After the meeting the summary, decisions and next steps are in the dashboard, and Bee turns them into tickets, appointments and quotes. In Necta Builder Bee also works with us on code and specs, even from the phone.
